The government of Haryana has allocated Rs 5474 crore to agriculture sector, Rs 19343 crore to education sector and sports and culture, Rs 6533 crore to health and medical education sector, Rs 6294 crore to rural development and panchayat of Haryana, Rs 349 crore to industrial sector and Rs 9000 crore to senior/old pensions.

  • CM announced a Rs 142343crore budget in the state assembly and also said the debt is set to increase to Rs 1.98 lakh crore during the year 2020-21 as against last fiscal policy which is  Rs 1.76 lakh crore
  •  State govt to provide Isosorbide Dinitrate tablets to treat heart failure, without any cost at public places.
  • 35.49% increase the per capita income of Haryana from 2014-15 to 2018-19.
  • Haryana Govt. increase 28% in the state’s budget for the education sector.
  • CM said all colleges in Haryana will be under CCTV coverage.
  • Driving licenses will be issued to students in 1st Year in college courses or degree course.
  • Digital libraries will be opened in rural areas.
  • Manohar Lal Khattar announces that board examination for class 8th students will be re-started.
  • Haryana state govt will open 116 new model schools and planning for opening English-medium schools in rural areas.
  • The government of Haryana tries to open 550 new creches.
  • Rs 50 crore annual grant announced by govt of Haryana for Haryana Gau Sewa Ayog.
  • All the students will get their passports free of cost to ensure they can explore job opportunities abroad on completion of their degree courses.
  • Khattar announces for encouraging organic farming in the state and initially would be started in 1 lakh acres.
  • CM Khattar says the budget has been prepared to achieve our goal special in - education, health, security, and self-reliance.
  • state’s budget of around Rs 1.42 lakh crore for 2020-21 is Presented by Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
  • CM Khattar gives tabs to every MLA in the house.
