Variety is released by ICAR. Variety is resistant to the Yellow Mosaic Virus. Variety matures in 75-80 days where the yield is 15 q/ha. Variety is suitable for Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, Rajasthan, Odisha Central India, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
