The Meteorological Department has said that till July 31, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar. At the same time, rain activities will continue in East Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh till August 2.

If we talk about other parts of the country, private forecasting agency Skymet Weather has said that on Friday, light to moderate rain with light to moderate rain may occur in some parts of Punjab, Haryana, North East Rajasthan and North Madhya Pradesh. Light rain may occur over Delhi, Madhya Maharashtra, West Rajasthan, Saurashtra and Kutch, Marathwada, Kerala, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and rest of Northeast India.
